People at the golf course were very helpful the range was great. The hotel is a bit dated, but the staff is amazing. I have seen really bad manners at this venue before, but tonight was the last straw. I mentioned something to the casino hostess after the opening act, but the distractions and commotion continued during Darryl Hall. The hostess carelessly sat anyone who showed up late, during the middle of songs and let folks dither around talking while the real fans were trying to listen to/watch the concert in seats WE PAID FOR. Unfortunately, the first 12 rows dead center are for “casino VIPs”. We were in the fifth row of one of the side sections right up at the stage. Third, this evening was absolutely intolerable due to the way the casino handled comped tickets.
Second, the sound system is HORRIBLE! The mix board must be ancient because it’s never been correct at other concerts Ive attended here. Unfortunately, the venue is simply awful.įirst, parking is limited near the concert hall. I have been to several concerts at Fantasy Springs and enjoyed every performer.
